The prints are amazing but you need to communicate more with your customers warning y'all if y'all get anything from her don't expect your package to get there in a week or two weeks it's going to take 3 weeks or longer to get your package the email her she doesn't even respond you'll get your package it might be a month later so warning great products great quality but no communication and a shipping time is crazy and the thing about it is she has a lot of bad reviews on here of the same thing communication and shipping come on lady get with the program we are your customers
I've been ordering from this person for almost about 3 years they're bad with communication won't respond back to you when I first started ordering from her the shipping was fast now when I ordered from her I probably won't get my package for 3 weeks no apology nothing how you go do your long time customers like this never mind you it says seven business days will ship has been past 7 business days I've messaged her multiple times won't reply come on now it's a lot of bad reviews on here too off of bad communication and long shipping change your shipping on the website because you don't stick or Babe by that
This was my first order and I was so excited because they had all the transfers I wanted. Well went on vacation, came back sent me a review on my package. How can I leave a review when I don’t have the package!
My first order was delayed by 3 weeks- she/they went on vacation- nothing posted on site to tell you.
Loved the designs so I ordered again - fast ship very please.
3rd order 4/27/26- nothing posted saying on vacation starting ….. until a few days after I placed order.
I’m glad I don’t have customers waiting for orders !
I know they will mail out when they get back on May 10th but communication needs to be better.

I've ordered tumblers sublimations from you multiple times but it seems like it takes forever to get to me and you're not that far from me it takes over 20 days for me to get my order good quality but it takes forever to get to me but the shipping day says 5 days processing it's been 5 days my order still have not been shipped off
I love this print shop. Lots of options to choose from while i wait for my printer to arrive. Never had any issue with my prints from her. ( ive ordered A LOT) This shop is MUCH faster then most as well. There was only one time where my order was delayed and when i messaged her she got back to me very quickly. I will continue to use this shop for any prints i may need.
I have been waiting almost two weeks and my order still says order placed and been like that for two weeks I emailed her then she wrote back but still been waiting I have asked for a refund because I needed those by last Friday which is why I ordered them but this is the 2nd time this has happened…. I will never order from her again!! Just please give me my refund

This was my first time buying from this shop and I have to say I was a tad nervous because I found this shop on Etsy but I have to say they truly gave me peace . The prints arrived as stated. Bright colors and transfer well . I’ll continue to purchase from this shop.
I placed an order on 3/16 and did not receive a confirmation but was charged for my order. I attempted TWICE to reach out to the shop via email and still no response. I hate to bash a small business but the lack of communication is not ok. I understand that sometimes things happen ,but at least an email explaining what’s going on with my order would have been nice. It has been 9 business days since the order and still no update.
